How do I get there?From Los Angeles: Take 10 East to Redlands and exit onto CA-330 North toward the ‘Mountain Resorts.’ Continue onto CA-18 towards Big Bear Lake Dam. At Big Bear Lake, cross over the dam by turning right and follow CA-18 along the south shore. From San Diego: Access the 15 North. Merge onto the 215 North and follow it to the 60 West before merging back onto the 215 North towards Victorville/Barstow. At the 10, take the East on-ramp by turning right and follow the directions listed above. From Las Vegas: Take the 15 South towards Los Angeles. At Barstow, follow the signs for CA-247 and exit the 15 by turning left onto CA-247 toward Lucerne Valley. At Lucerne Valley, take CA-18 towards Big Bear Lake by turning left at the second stop sign. Follow CA-18 into the Big Bear Valley and along the North Shore Drive. Turn left at Stanfield Cutoff and cross the Lake. At the stop light turn right onto Big Bear Boulevard. Follow Big Bear Boulevard toward the Village.

Where is the closest metropolitan area and airport?Snow Lake Lodge and Big Bear Lake are a 2 ½ to 3 hour drive from most Southern California and Western Nevada regions including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Las Vegas. The closest airport is Ontario International Airport (ONT) and is serviced by most major airline carriers.

How far is the lodge from Bear Mountain & Snow Summit?Snow Lake Lodge is approximately 2 miles from Bear Mountain ski resort and golf course and approximately 1 mile from Snow Summit ski resort and summer scenic sky chair.

How far is the Lodge from shopping and dining?Snow Lake Lodge is located on the Boulevard on the southern shore of Big Bear Lake, California., just minutes away from the Village where many local shops are located.

Do you have a restaurant onsite?Snow Lake Lodge does not have a restaurant onsite. However, many dining opportunities are just a short drive from the Lodge. Contact the front desk for recommendations and locations.

Do you offer activities for kids?Snow Lake Lodge is the perfect destination for families. Our recreation room is a great place to gather, meet other families and have fun.

Do you allow pets?Snow Lake Lodge has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are working animals, not pets. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
