RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of booking if within 30 days. The price charged will include taxes and resort fees. Snow Lake Lodge charges a flat $45 cleaning fee at the time of check in. 
 

Security Deposit: A $50 Security Deposit authorization will be taken at check in using a major bank credit card or debit card.


Sales Tax: The total for taxes and fees is 12% and is added to the room rate before payment.

Check-in: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Photo identification and credit card are required. The Front desk is staffed from 9am to 7pm Sunday - Thursday, 9am to 11pm Friday, and 9am to 9pm Saturday.  

 

Pet Policy: Snow Lake Lodge has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed.

 

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancel without penalty with at least 3-days advance notice prior to arrival. NO REFUND when you cancel with less than 3-days notice.
